'Valentines' ask lawmakers for tuition equity
Students with undocumented parents could pay in-instate tuition under proposed bill
More than 300 pink, purple, blue and red valentines were delivered to Oregon legislators on Feb. 14, Valentine's Day, in support of tuition equity.
The valentines were crafted at a conference for the Oregon Students of Color Coalition, an affiliate board of the Oregon Student Association, on Feb.

The winter term blood drive kicks off today at 11 a.m., and according to organizers, the Pacific Northwest's blood supply is running dry.
"We are not in a good situation if a catastrophe occurs," said Scott Waggoner, a graduate student in geography and a coordinator for the Blood Drive Association.

An audience was invited Saturday night to step out of their comfort zone and into some creative and lively dance lessons.
The evening began with several musical performances that introduced audience members to the beauty of unfamiliar instruments from around the world.
