Accolades, award for OSU senior
Passion for research, learning drives biochemistry/biophysics Tari Tan to All-USA College Team
Tari Tan, a senior in biochemistry and biophysics, was given USA Today's second team award in the 19th annual All-USA College Academic Team program.
Tan has been involved in academic and community achievements throughout her college career, including founding a sorority, acquiring a variety of academic awards and studying abroad.

Goal of awareness week is for students to understand how body image relates to health
Almost 8 million Americans suffer from an eating disorder like anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder. OSU is helping spread awareness of this mental illness by observing National Eating Disorder Awareness Week. Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness, with only one in 10 people receiving treatment for the disease.
Search for new Honors College dean continues
After rejecting three candidates, Provost Randawa seeks correct fit for OSU Honors College
The University Honors College is currently searching for a dean.
The application process began in October 2007. Three applicants initially applied for the position, but none were hired.
Provost Sabah Randhawa and his team felt that they could recruit better suited candidates for the position of dean.
Wrapping up Black History Month at OSU
Dinner put on by OSU Black Cultural Center, Black Student Union features speakers, poets
Last night, nearly 130 students, OSU graduates and community members alike filled the MU Ballroom to dine while celebrating Black History Month put on by the Black Student Union and the Black Cultural Center.
An array of speakers, poets and musicians stepped on stage and delivered their messages about the meaning of the monthlong celebration.
