Bill Clinton, former president of the United States, spoke at Lincoln Elementary School in the back of a Ford F350 in south Corvallis Monday evening. High school and college students, teachers, young children and Hillary Clinton supporters all turned out to watch the former president campaign for his wife.
OSU's Solar Vehicle Team to compete in national competition
The North American Solar Challenge allows OSU Solar Vehicle Team to try their hand
The OSU Solar Vehicle Team is gearing up to compete in the 2008 North American Solar Challenge, a 2,200 mile race from Dallas, Texas to Calgary, Alberta which starts on July 13 and will run through July 22.
This race is the longest solar-powered car race in the world and is 500 miles longer than the World Solar Challenge, according to the team's website.

"We are currently working on devising a proposal for the future of the dance team," said Tami Smith, dance team coach. "With help from the community, we are very hopeful that we can make it work while keeping the same high standards.
