There seems to be a problem

As reported on page one of today's issue of The Daily Barometer, Corvallis didn't experience any unusual surge of alcohol-related crime or debauchery this past weekend in spite of the fact it was Halloween, Homecoming and a home football game. However, the same can't be said about alcohol-related crime around Oregon - and we are wondering why this crime is even happening.
