The baseball game between ninth-ranked Oregon State and Portland set for May 15 in Corvallis has been canceled. The game was called off by mutual agreement between the coaches at the two schools; fans who had purchased single-game tickets for the contest will automatically be refunded.
The cancelation leaves OSU (34-9 overall, 6-6 Pacific-10) with six home games remaining this season - against Washington State from May 11-13 and against No. 10 Arizona State from May 18-20. General admission tickets for all six games are now on sale, with the general admission seating being located behind the rightfield fence at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field.
Refunds or exchanges are not available for games that are canceled or postponed due to inclement weather, but those tickets will be honored if the game is rescheduled.
