Arrests

10:49 p.m., Wednesday, May 21 - OSU student Amanda Lee Taylor, 32, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangerment after she almost hit an officer with her car as he was walking to his patrol car from a previous traffic stop.

7:18 p.m., Friday, May 23 - Brian Ray Lee, 42, of Monroe, was arrested on a fugitive arrest for another agency. He was stopped for driving while having a suspended license and failing to signal with lights.

12:16 p.m., Saturday, May 24 - Bruce L. Steen Kolk was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants after he was stopped for a traffic violation. Steen Kolk had a blood alcohol content of 0.20 percent.

10:52 p.m., Saturday, May 24 - Rebecca L. Witt, 44, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants after being pulled over for almost causing a crash. Witt had a BAC of 0.15 percent.

4:26 p.m., Friday, May 16 -Timothy J. Phillips, 35, of Corvallis, was arrested for burglary in the first degree and criminal mischief in the second degree. Officers responded to the homeowner's report of a burglary, and a witness saw Phillips at the scene and confronted him. Phillips was arrested after he admitted to being inside of the house.

3:05 p.m., Thursday, May 15 - Kyle D. Miller, 24, of Corvallis, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants after being pulled over for several traffic violations.

THEFT

7:31 p.m., Sunday, May 18 - Natalie Pane, 18, was cited for shoplifting in the first degree. Holly M. Roush, 18, was cited for shoplifting in the second degree. Pane and Roush were contacted by police at their homes where the stolen items were found. Pane stole $268 worth of merchandise. Roush stole $46.
