Hoops and dinner
The Oregon State ticket office has announced a "Dinner and a Game" promotion for the men's basketball contest against Arizona on Thursday, Feb. 5. Fans can purchase four tickets, four Beaver dogs and four sodas for $44 to see the Beavers take on the Wildcats at 5:30 p.m.

Beavers head to Combine
The following Oregon State football players have been invited to the NFL Draft Combine: DE Victor Butler, CB Brandon Hughes, OT Andy Levitre, CB Keenan Lewis, WR Sammie Stroughter. The Combine is scheduled for Feb. 18-24 at Lucas Oil Stadium, the home of the Indianapolis Colts. Athletes will be measured and interviewed by all 32 NFL teams, in what the NFL calls a "four-day job interview."

GYMNASTICS
Gymnasts ranked No. 10
GymInfo released their new team and individual rankings for collegiate gymnastics. Oregon State moved up a spot to No. 10 and is the No. 3 team in the West Region. Oregon State is ranked in the top 10 on two apparatuses wielding the No. 9 beam team and No. 10 bars team in the nation.
Individuals at Oregon State in the top 10 include, No. 10 Jen Kesler on bars and No. 6 Mandi Rodriguez on floor.

OSU wins at Bakersfield
Bakersfield, Calif. - Sixteenth-ranked senior Heinrich Barnes (Pretoria, South Africa) recorded his eighth technical fall of the season, tallying his 10th straight win, as the Oregon State wrestling team defeated Cal State Bakersfield, 28-16, Sunday afternoon.
Barnes scored five of his 15 points in the first period alone, racking up another eight in the second period with six of those points coming on three 2-point near falls. Needing only a pair of points going into the final period, Barnes posted another takedown against Anthony Box to wrap up the bout in 5:44. Barnes overall record now is 30-4.
