Spring Creek Project Fellows Seminar: "Picturing Nature in the Hubble Photographs," by Flo Leibowitz & "Toward an Ethic of Solidarity," by Tony Vogt, 3pm in Hovland Hall, room 104, FREE! Come witness two free lectures on the colorful astrophotographs from the Hubble Space Telescope and other space-based observatories arouse both scientific curiosity and aesthetic interest. As well as the meanings of solidarity, and the ethical implications of solidarity as an embodied practice, are more often assumed than articulated.
