Yea to yet another weather reference in Yeas and Nays. It was sunny this week! And warm! For about four days!
Nay to losing your phone, or having your phone smashed to pieces by your dad when your run the bill up to $5,000, like what happened to a 13-year-old girl in Wyoming.
Yea to Blink 182 for bringing along Weezer for their summer concert! We can't wait to sell our kidneys to be able to afford tickets for this one.
Nay to Chia Obama heads being pulled from Chicago and Tampa Walgreens stores this week for being "objectionable." Really, please try to think of anything cooler than a Chia Obama head.
Yea to cute dogs, like the Portuguese Water Dog puppy the Obama family will get this month. Google it and say, aww!
Nay to mean people stealing old people's old stuff, like what happened to an 88-year-old Maine woman's 66-year-old bicycle, stolen while the woman was visiting a nursing home. Come on!
Yea to cash, beer and meat. God bless A-mur-ica.
Nay to selling one's daughter for cash, beer and meat. A California man tried to do this to this by arranging to sell his daughter for marriage to his neighbor for $16,000, 100 cases of beer and several packages of meat. Seriously.
Yea to doglover199709 on YouTube. Find it, watch it, and feel better about yourself, like only a video of an overweight 11-year-old dancing to "Disturbia" can make you feel.
Nay to the Palin family for ignoring poor Levi Johnson, the father of Bristol Palin's son Tripp, after the 2008 presidential election ended, as we found out in his interview this week. It's okay, though, since Johnson ripped the Palins a new one on CBS's "The Early Show" by calling them "snobby."
Yea to Sarah Palin still being in the news.
Nay to farting. The newsroom is poorly ventilated, okay?
Yea to taking out aggression against chronic farters, like what happened to a man in Texas, who was stabbed by another man after farting while sharing a hotel room with four others.
