Fire extinguished quickly in ALS building

Oregon State Police and the Corvallis Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in the Agricultural and Life Sciences building around 10 p.m. Thursday night.
According to OSP dispatch there was minimal damage to the structure and lab where the fire originated.
There were no injuries caused in the fire and the fire department was able to extinguish the fire before any further damage could occur.
