Lenahan found guilty, charged with burglary

Nathan Lenahan, 30, the man who was arrested after a five-hour standoff on Greek Row on March 31 after threatening his neighbors with a knife, was found to be "guilty except for insanity" at Thursday's stipulated facts trial and was charged with first-degree burglary.

According to an article by The Gazette-Times, Lenahan will be placed in custody of the Psychiatric Security Review Board for a maximum of 20 years, and the PSRB will then decide where to place him, most likely in the Oregon State Hospital.

The facts presented and the sentence were agreed upon by the court and Lenahan's defense attorney.
