Arrests

6:15 p.m., Sunday, October 11 - Darren Perreard, 39, of Corvallis, was charged with assault in the fourth degree and criminal trespassing in the second degree after he allegedly admitted to punching another person in the face.

10:45 p.m., Thursday, October 8 - Allan Anctil, 19, of Portland, was charged with interfering with a police officer and possession of liquor by a minor after he allegedly tried to run away from Corvallis Police on the corner of Northwest 13th Street and Northwest Monroe Avenue. Anctil was caught three blocks away and reportedly admitted to drinking several beers at a party he had recently attended.

12:31 a.m., Thursday, October 8 - Brenda Spinney, 33, of Philomath, was charged with the unlawful possession of methamphetamine after she was stopped in her vehicle while driving along Southwest West Hills Road and Southwest 53rd Street. Spinney consented to a search of her vehicle by K-9 Roxy for drugs. Four plastic baggies with methamphetamine were discovered, which Spinney allegedly admitted to being hers. She was transported to Benton County Correctional Facility.

1:49 a.m., Sunday, October 4 - Allen Stanton, 63, of Corvallis, was charged with criminal trespassing in the second degree and disorderly conduct in the second degree after he refused to leave the Shari's restaurant, located on 1117 Northwest 9th Street. Stanton had been asked to leave by the manager and also allegedly screamed profanities at staff members and customers. Stanton was transported to the Benton County Correctional Facility.

12:51 a.m., Friday, October 2 - Kendall Willing, 19, of Corvallis, was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants after being stopped for allegedly failing to obey a one-way along Northwest 15th Street and Northwest Van Buren Avenue. Willing was transported to the Benton County Correctional Facility, where he registered a blood alcohol level of .08 percent.

Theft

11:51 a.m., Thursday, October 15 - A men's Sinister Frame custom-made brown mountain bike was stolen while parked in front of the Callahan residence hall. The bike is said to be valued at $3,000.
