4:44 p.m., Monday, Oct. 26 - Scott Edward Nelson, 56, of Corvallis, was charged with menacing, unlawful use of a weapon and disorderly conduct after he allegedly threatened to kill another man while he was in the public bathrooms located at Northwest 1st Street and Van Buren Avenue. Nelson was reported by a witness to have been kicking a bathroom door and yelling at the person he was threatening to kill.

10:26 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 22 - Bobbie Jo Pellett, 21, of Philomath, was charged with drinking under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and an attempt to flee in a vehicle after the Benton County Sheriff's Office attempted to stop her for allegedly speeding in the school zone on South 3rd Street in Corvallis. Pellett then drove east on Southeast Alexander Avenue at an even higher speed and eventually crashed and was upside down at the Southeast Ryan Street and Southeast Alexander Avenue intersection. Pellett was then transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.

2:00 a.m., Friday, Oct. 16 - Keenan M. Jones, 23, of Beaverton, was charged with violent conduct. Jones was allegedly approached by two bouncers at the Peacock, located at 125 Southwest 2nd Street, and was asked to leave. Jones reportedly did not want to leave and walked away from the bouncers, pushing a dancer into the crowd. Three bouncers grabbed Jones and carried him downstairs to the street and was asked to leave again. Jones then allegedly got up and pushed the bouncer into a nearby fence. The bouncers grabbed Jones again and held him on the ground until police arrived. Jones was allegedly visibly intoxicated and uncooperative.

12:35 a.m., Friday, Oct. 16 - Wondimagan E. Ali, 21, of Corvallis, was charged with assault in the fourth degree after he allegedly punched another person while he was attending a party at the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity, located at 1460 Northwest Van Buren Avenue. Ali reportedly punched the person in the face, causing a bloody nose and substantial swelling. He was transported to the Benton County Correctional Facility where he was released to their custody.
